Working on American Gods Season 2, I designed a truly unique advertising experience for IMDb users. I worked with a team to build an interconnected journey using our Video Wall, Premium Title Page, and our new Premium Name Pages. I created 8 name pages, each with character specific content, but what really brings this all together is the dynamic trending widget that updates the page rank of each character or “god” every 15 seconds. Using the technology from our current trending widget, users can track each name page execution based on page traffic. It’s a great way to make these experiences more discoverable, while also helping tell the customer’s story of gods competing for our attention. I used the clients art and videos to create a seamless blend between pages.
